Ethernet Interface based on rcX2.1 doesn't work with the default configuration

            Description

            In the default configuration of the Ethernet Interface module, the NDIS is deactivated in the tag list. With this settings, the module doesn't start. For rcx2.1 based ethernet interface module, the NDIS has to be allways activated (and maybe without permission to deactivate it).
