            Description

            - Clearing memory does not happen when SyncManager is disabled

            - Clearing memory does not happen when SAFEOP as designed by DPM User Interface manual

            - NextSyncImpulse Timestamp gets moved to start of DPM area when Sm2 is disabled and is expected to have non-zero length (later addition but related to same issue)
