            Description

            Add Cycletime measurement for SM-Synchronous mode and provide value in extended status block after ulNextSync0Time.

            Additional hints: In contrast to DC, the SM cycletime has to be measured. The time has to be compared with minimum cycle time and if to small Cycle time too small error (0x2E) has to be send. Check has to be done on SaveOp to OP change.
