Default Sm length in SII not 4 byte aligned when ECAT_SET_CONFIG_SMLENGTH is used

            Description

            Default Sm length is set by configured process data length. Only when ECAT_SET_CONFIG_SMLENGTH is used.

            But this should not be 4 byte aligned. It should match with default length in ESI file.
