            Description

            Activate Complete Access in all Esi files for products using ECSV4 because when configuring with *.nxd via Sycon it is activated per Default by Ethercat stack. This behaviour has never been changed, but the confomance test now comparen the online to offline values. Because database users have no chanse to deactivate it, we have to set it in the ESI file.
