ESI for all LFW targets take out EoE entry and upcount revision number

ESI for all LFW targets take out EoE entry because it sucks allways to have to switch off EoE before the devices go to OP. To add EoE was an advice from ETG on plugfest to Eric. But there was no explaination for that.
