            NXIO: Explicit Device ID by Rotaryswitch has to support ID update without restart now, reason Conformance test record change [certification issue]
            So pull Switch from timt to time and send packet RCX_SET_FW_PARAMETER_REQ (with PID_ECS_DEVICE_IDENTIFICATION)
