Explicit Device ID by Rotaryswitch value 0 handling changed, reason Conformance test record change [certification issue]

            Description

            Explicit Device ID by Rotaryswitch set to Null changed meaning through Conformance test record. Now value 0 is used in testcase #91 despite ETG1020 says 0 is not valid.
            See Function: Task_EcatEsm_HandleDeviceIdent()
            But now a new mechanism for switchin on / Off the ID-Value is needed
