[NXIO50] Upcount of revision number in ESI and 0x1018 to fit with new productcode 0x..E

            Description

            Productcode was 0x...F but ESI file name was NXIO50_RE before (which was wrong).
            So we leave ESI file name which is correct now and change product code to 0x...E.
            Therefore Revision number has to be changed.
