[netX52 LFW] The included default MMIO map does not match the Design-In-Guide for netX52

The MMIO8-11 should be delivering the TriggerSample Unit signals.
Instead it wrongly connects them to MMIO0-3.

The following should be there according to Design-In-Guide for netX52.
XC_SAMPLE0 @ MMIO08 Latch 0 In -
XC_SAMPLE1 @ MMIO09 Latch 1 In -
XC_TRIGGER0 @ MMIO10 Sync 0 Out -
XC_TRIGGER1 @ MMIO11 Sync 1 Out -

The possible origin of the wrong MMIO map is probably the NXHX52-JTAG which does not follow the Design-In-Guide either.
