[NXIO] OD/ESI/SII: introduce general naming for PDOs (objects 0x160x, 0x1A0x, 0x200x, 0x300x)

            Description

            currently (svn 23343):
            naming for all targets is not consistent, see attached xls file as overview.
            cifX naming in "online OD" shall be seen as reference.

            The following has to be done:

            • [ESI] all targets: rename 0x1600/0x1A00 to "1. RxPDO" / "1. TxPDO" (and so on, eg. if 0x160x available: "[x+1]. RxPDO"
            • [online OD] NXIO100: rename 0x1600/0x1A00 to "1. RxPDO" / "1. TxPDO" (and so on, eg. if 0x160x available: "[x+1]. RxPDO"
            • [online OD] NXIO100: name 0x2000:0x/0x3000:0x to "1 Byte Out " / "1 Byte In "
            • it has to be specified if no name (" ") or "Subindex 00x" shall be used as name of subobjetcs of 0x160y/0x1A0y objects
              Also ESIs for example application (folder /Examples) have to be adjusted.
