SDOINFO.GetEntryDesc replies wrong message in case if Highest Subindex >= RequestedSubindex and SUBINDEX_DOES_NOT_EXIST (certification issue)

            The response should be:
            Name = Subindex XXXX
            ObjAccess = 0
            DataType = 0
            BitLength = 0
            ValueInfo = 0

            needs to be adjusted in CoE and AoE
