Set Config parameter SMLENGTH is not functional when mbx size not 128

            Description

            SET CONFIG parameter SMLENGTH is rejected when mailbox size not 128.

            This applies after Channel Init is trggered, but no error is indicated in the SetConfig confirmation. 

            The issue exist since SetConfig Ext (V4.10) where the usStdMbxSm1StartAddress was not set correctly.
