            Description

            ESM has to be extended so that "AL control changed" indication is sent when in transition SafeOpErr to SafeOp.

            Needed eg. for DC SYNC0/1 supervision.

            Look for ECAT_ESM_ALCONTROL_CHANGED_IND.
