NXIO 100 data from switches is always 0

            Description

            NXIO100 firmware returns value 0 for both dip switches (while value # 0 are set)
            In reversed direction data are correctly transfered to LED's

            Device descriptor file V3.0 are used in test

            No such behavior can be observed with previous v2.5.29.0
