process data amount is broken when processing config.nxd (TLV format used by recent ComStudio Version - ECMDTMv2))

Expected: Process data configuration generated by the ComStudio with config.nxd TLV shall be correct and result in correct processing in the firmware.

Actual: process data amount is broken when processing config.nxd TLV. It can result in not enough process data being presented in process data image.

The issue occurs as result of fix PSECMV4-866. This occurs only when configuration using new ComStudio ECMv2 DTM and generated config.nxd in TLV format is used.)
