            Description

            This allows applications to have knowledge about whether the Wc State is valid of certain areas.

            Each WcState addresses a certain area in the process image. Therefore, the required data set is (WcState Location, Rx Data Offset, Tx Data Offset, Used Direction [Rx, Tx or Rx/Tx], Data Length)
