Redundancy logic does not work correctly when redundancy port is not explicitly configured

Possible workaround scan in the topology including connected redundancy port.

Testing scenario:

1. Boot up to OP with configuration not containing Redundancy Port explicitly

2. Powercycle first slave

It should come back to up but does not.
