NDIS Ethernet MAC-Address activated although NDIS not supported

            Description

            The NDIS Ethernet MAC-Address is reserved for NDIS usecase and should be enabled only if NDIS is enabled. Currently NDIS is not supported by any Drv_Eth component. Therefore the NDIS Ethernet MAC Address shall not be enabled at all.
