Wrong Ethernet Mac Adresses activated if FlashLabel/SecurityMemory not available

            Description

            When neither Flashlabel nor Security Memory is available, invalid Ethernet MAC-Addresses 00:00:00:00:00:00 to 00:00:00:00:00:03 are configured. Problem is caused by rcX Dataprovider which delivers invalid data in that case.
