            Description

            The current architecture/design splits link change handling between Driver Phy and Driver Ethernet. This results in an strong dependency between each other thus leading to an complicated architecture.

            This design is beeing simplified by moving all of the phy related handling into Driver Phy. Drive Ethernet will only keep references to phy instances associated with the network interface.
