            Description

            We have a prototype rcX which supports DDP_Init() and Ddp_Subscribe(), so we can now implement the DrvEth Startup event handling also for rcX-based systems.

            "Event handling" essentially means: Trigger on DDP state transition to active and set MAC addressses from DDP into ethernet switches, then start them.
