Description
Currently, DrvPhy is a dedicated part of DrvEth and can not be used alone.
This shall be changed. DrvPhy shall be transfered into a separate project. Once that is done, DrvEth needs to be adjusted to use this separate project instead.
This change will introduce incompatible changes to
- Driver Ethernet (Adapter) resource structure
- Phy startup behavior
