Unexpected context when calling Linkstatus callbacks

    Details

      Description

If Driver Ethernet is assigned a worker for background processing and a link change occurs immediately after another link change, the link status callback might be called from switch adapter main loop instead from worker context. Such a situation might foor example occur when reconfiguring the phy from autonegotiation to fixed mautype while connected with a peer with matching fixed mau type.

If a worker has been assigned, it is expected that link status callbacks are always called from worker context. Vice versa if no worker has been assigend, these callbacks are called from switch adapter main loop.
