Pending alarm may be overwritten from diagnosis

If an alarm is pending in diagnosisbuffer and diagnosis update is requested before the master reads the diagnosis the pending alarm is removed from diagnosis buffer.
Slow baudrates / long master cycles highers the chance of this race condition
