On bus cycle times < 300µs the FSPMS fails to send state_changed_ind and does not stop DL-task

            Description

            If a minimum cylce time < 300µs is used, although according to GSD the minimum is 600 µs, the FSPMS sets task state to TLR_DIAG_STA_FATAL_ERROR and waits for reset command. The AP-Task is not informed.
            The DL task stays in Data Exchange.
