            Description

            fNewFlag are set in PROFIBUS_FSPMS_PACKET_GET_OUTPUT_CNF when connection to master are terminated (cable are disconnected)
            In same time fClearFlag correctly reports data not valid

            fNewFlag should be cleared in case of missing communication
