Error counter are incremented by 2 for cable disconnecion

            Description

            If stack are in data exchange and FB cable are disconnected from device, ulErrorCount are incremented by 2.
            Immediately after unplugging cable, error counter are incremented by 1 and channel error code 0xC0000142 are set. After the second counter increments again but channel error coder remains same.
