fClearFlag not set when data is cleared

            Description

            When master switches to CLEAR mode process data are cleared in PROFIBUS_FSPMS_GET_OUTPUT_CNF_T, but fClearFlag remains off.

            flag should be set

            steps to reproduce :

            1.Configure master and slave for data exchange.(In master prj slave 'fail-save mode': - receives zero data and in salve cfg 'fail-safe' mode are marked as supported)

            2.Exchange process data between devices and final send maser in CLEAR mode

            3.Request output data in salve (PROFIBUS_FSPMS_CMD_GET_OUTPUT_REQ), check fClearFlag
