            Description

            Currently an application on top of a passive master is informed about the status (and status changes) of the active master.

            The same functionality shall be available in the opposite direction.
            An application on top of an active master shall be informed about the status (and status changes) of the passive master.

            API Manual needs to be adjusted, too
