Difference in MNS LED behaviour in case of network power missing.

            Description

            A difference in MNS LED behavior is observed, when the network power is cut off. Sometimes the MNS LED is Off, sometimes is blinking Red. The channel error reported by the stack is always - "24V Network Power Missing (0xC062002C)".
            Be advised, that the network power is cut off/on slowly, while the device is in data exchange, so the DUP_MAC_ID Test can be completed.
