            Description

            Configure COS connection with Inhibit time = 0 ms, Expected Packet Rate = 1000 ms. Let an application generate data on DNS each 10 ms.
            When connection is established, the first 2 seconds DNS sends only 2 data packets. Then it sends all the data as expected.
