Support Activate / Deactivate a device at run time

The two services for activating and deactivating a device make it possible to include a specific slave
in the data exchange in a controlled manner or to remove it from the data exchange, while all other
slaves continue to be operated by the DeviceNet Master in the data exchange.
This function makes it possible, for example, to keep a slave inactive in the configuration and activate
it when required (backup device). Or it is also possible to temporarily remove a specific slave from
the data exchange for service purposes. For more details refer to the API manual.
