Description
When the host watchdog expires it is a significant fault where the firmware goes into a state that can be revered only by device reset only.
Therfore the error scenario must be reflected also to the network state.
In case of host watchdog expires no futher communication with the stack is possible.
The stack will go to network state OFFLINE in case of host watchdog expired.
