Structure element of Slave Parameter commented out unwanted.

The structure element 'bWatchdogTimeoutAction' in structure DN_PRED_MSTSL_IO_OBJ_HEADER_T in the public API header "DevNetFal_Public.h" was commented out by mistake.
This leads to an invalid structure size calculation when creating a slave set configuration via packet.
