            Description

            I/O Timeout should not depend on fragmented timeout.

             

            Fragment timeout = 17s Expected_packet_rate = 2s (Connection_timeout_multiplier is default 4)

            Cable unplugged, Master needs 25sec to show timeout error.

            Fragment timeout = 1700ms and Expected_packet_rate = 2s (Connection_timeout_multiplier is default 4).

            Cable unplugged, Master needs 9sec to show timeout error.
