            Description

            For packet command DEVNET_FAL_CMD_CLR_CONFIG_REQ data length 4 is defined (API manual and structure DN_FAL_PACKET_CLEAR_CONFIG_REQ_T).
            With data length 4 error TLR_E_INVALID_PACKET_LEN (0xC0000007) is returned in the confirmation.
            Data length 0 is accepted.
