Master not functional after CAN Bus Off and bus power reset

            Description

            While master is in cylic communication short cut the data wires to produce a CAN Bus Off error.
            Remove the bus power and apply it back to clear Bus Off error.

            Master reports communication error TLR_E_DEVNET_FAL_UNRECOVER_RESET_FAULT (0xC0470004). Run flag is not set. Channel Init does not solve the problem.
