Unexpected RPC response after double ping

            Description

            When an RPC server object is pinged with a sequence id larger than last successfull request's sequence id a "No Call" control response is generated. If the ping is repeated using the same sequence id the last response is generated again. This is wrong. Again a "No Call" control response is expected.
