Sometimes DCERPC generates unexpected ping response

            Description

            due to a wrong CLRPC server state ping response may contain data from previous response frames. This only happens when the response is already available. The fist ping is always answered correctly. Response to next ping with other seq-num contains the same data as the first ping response.

            Server PING state machine does not meet the RPC specification. it will need rework to comply with the Spec.
