      Description

The section about third party components shall do not contain table anymore, but include predefined text pointing to the FOSS disclosure file. See recent PNSv5 for example:

      -----

      Third Party Components
This firmware may include third-party components as well as free and open-source software (FOSS).
To ensure transparency regarding the software components included in the firmware, a Software Bill of Materials (SBOM)
file is provided for each firmware variant. The SBOM file, named <target name>.sbom.json, is supplied alongside the
      corresponding firmware file.
For each firmware variant, a list of third-party and FOSS components is included. This list contains the component name,
copyright details, license information, and the license text. The file, named <target name> COPYING.txt, is also provided
      with the corresponding firmware file.
