            Description

            The service PNS_IF_SET_OEM_PARAMETERS_REQ type 6 allows to configure a DPM offset where the current cycle counter shall be copied to.

            This feature is helpful in case of IsoM applications.

            This feature needs to be implemented to make PNSv4 feature complete compared to PNSv3.
