add support for well known taglist entry to change internal webserver IP port

            Description

            There exists a well known taglist key that can be used to change the IP port of the integrated webserver.
            This tag shall be supported by all loadable firmware that have integrated webserver.
            The default port is 80, setting the port to 0 shall disable the integrated webserver.
