UPnP causes TCP Transfer that maybe break detecting netX over ethernet

            Description

            Occasionally there is a HTTP GET request for /description.xml to each netX, which starts a TCP Transfer. This appears to be sent by Windows 10 UPnP(see attached wireshark dump).

            If the Flasher attempts to find a netX over the ethernet interface while this TCP Transfer is ongoing no netX will be found which can result in an error.
