CLI Flasher: detect_netx/bootpins binary does not work via Ethernet

If the detect_netx command is used, the connected netX is a netX 90 Rev.1 with PHY V2 or V3, the bootpins binary is called to read out the PHY version. If this happens via romloader_eth, the program may not respond.
