Flasher 1.8.0 detect_netx via netX90_rev2 UART results in stack smashing on Ubuntu

Setup:

• Hardware: NXHX90-JTAG with netX90_rev2 (various boards were tested)
• Connection: JTAG + UART (S700.1 and S700.2 are OFF)
• Setup: S400.5 is ON

At Ubuntu (64-bit 1604, 1804, 2004), the detect_netx command fails with the error "stack_smashing" when using the uart protocol (either on-board FTDI or Digitus UART adapter). Detection via JTAG interface works reliably.

At Windows 10, detection via uart or jtag works reliably.
