Here is the times which are get under Win7 32bit SP1 Ultimate, netIC CD V1.0503.2.1918 installed and Administrator access rights:
netIC connected to generic COM port and no other COM ports are available in Device Manager;
Start of netX Cfg Tool ~ 16sec,
Reload in Navigation area ~ 16sec,
Cnfg. download (EIS/PNS) ~ 21 sec.
netIC connected to generic COM port, but another 4 ‘virtual com’ ports are available in Device Manager;
Start of netX Cfg Tool ~ 50sec.
Reload in Navigation area ~ 50sec.
Cnfg. download (EIS/PNS) ~ 75 sec
