            Description

            On a fresh installation of Windows (7 and 10) netxSPMUSB driver cannot be selected in netHost application.

            DLLs msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll cannot be found which are supplied by installing 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package'.

            Statically linking of the runtime library (Visual Studio 2010: /MT) resolves the problem without additional software installation.
