[Feature] - Allow device to tell the connected host that connections do not drop on reset (e.g. TCP Server)

Currently a connected host cannot detect if the device drops connection on a xSysdeviceReset / xChannelReset. netX Based hardwares will always drop connection, while TCPServers, etc. won't drop connection in any case.
