cifXSetup does not appear in taskbar until focus change

            Description

            After cifXSetup is started, it is no displayed in the Windows taskbar. When focus is changed to an other application and back to cifXSetup, it appears in the taskbar.
            The name displayed in the taskbar ends with some empty spaces. They could be removed.
